Refund policy

Policy For Cases And Pouches:

You may return your Sonix product within 30 days of the ship date. Item(s) must be in original packaging and unused condition. If it is determined that your item(s) do not qualify for a refund, we will not be able to return it to you. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

Policy for Sunglasses:

Domestic Returns

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your product. Frames must be returned unworn and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Pack all items in a secure box and enclose the return form and packing list with your items. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label upon request.

Please note: $15 per returned package will be deducted from your refund or credit when using the return label.

Products: Only Products directly from Shopsonix.com or directly from Shop Sonix on Amazon.com
Warranty Period: From date of purchase - day 30
Policy and Applicability: Only Products purchased directly from Shopsonix.com or directly from Shop Sonix on Amazon.com
Exclusions: None
Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value or a refund of the purchase price. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs as well as up to $10.00 in reshipment costs if a replacement product is sent.

WARRANTY:

Products: All Products
Warranty Period: From date of purchase - day 365
Policy and Applicability: Includes defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use only
Exclusions: Damage caused from handling the product outside of normal and intended use
Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Returns that exceed the 30 day Warranty do not qualify for a cash refund, but will qualify for a Sonix gift card.

Warranty Period: From date of purchase - as long as the customer owns the device for which the product is used.
Policy and Applicability: Includes defects in materials, damage and wear to the product for the lifetime of the device that it was purchased for. *Lenntek does not warrant the hardware or device in any way.
Exclusions: This warranty is limited to the lifetime of the device that it was purchased for.
Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs as well as up to $10.00 in reshipment costs if a replacement product is sent.
